Features of High Speed PE Water Tube Extrusion Line:
1. Extruder: it adopts high precision hardened reducer, screw and barrel made by high strength
alloy steel nitride(38CrMoALA) or quenched alley steel (9Cr18MoV). The main extruder is driven
by Japan Fuji or Japan Yaskawa AC frequency controller, Without grease, Low noise, Temperature
controller with Japan RKC. The tolerance can be±1℃.
2. Stainless Water Cooling Tank : It adopts imported SUS 304 raw material. The frame adopts
up and down device with spiral. Can be 3D adjusted . Operate procedure is very convenient.
There are some storage tanks and stainless steel centrifugal pump. It can be recycled and can
not let the water in the ground.
3. Puller machine: It adopts high precision ball guide rail system, single ball can adjust the central
height, High effeciency and stability PU foam surface multi wedge belt , name of Swiss HABASIT.
The puller speed can be adjusted.
4. Online Testing Laser Machine: Classic, scanning-laser diameter measurement with a proven
application track-record. 30, 60 and 100mm diameter models available. 1 and 2-axis models
available, 600Hz scan rate per axis. Integrates seamlessly with Proton Products CS range of
Production Line Control systems for control of extruders and capstan drives in wire insulation
production lines. Wire and cable insulation extrusion lines. Pipe, hose and tubing extrusion lines.
5. Double Wire Winding Machine: it can be auto-meter.
